Blessed Thistle (Leaf, Flower), Oatstraw Herb in Milky Stage (Grain, Straw, Seed), Nettle (Leaf), Red Raspberry (Leaf), Alfalfa (Leaf), and Hops (Flower), Vegetable Glycerine, Distilled Water
1-2 droppers (0.9ml-1.8ml) 3 times daily in between meals. Drink plenty of water and avoid drinks high in sugar and caffeine.
