I love the flavor and it does seem to help. I don't get that many headaches so I haven't had a chance to test it out fully.

I get nasty hormonal migraines ad cannot find a med that will work for me that will also not cause random systems. This is a must and works really well. Has a refreshing taste. I love this cold and will continue to have this as a staple in my collection. Thanks!
